Review: EDITED to lower rating from 2 to 1 star because after only 4 months, the defective mattress has to be replaced, and after the HORRIBLE customer service and after care we experienced, we’re not bothering to ask this company to replace it under warranty. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, find a more reputable vendor.So-so beds, horrible attitude regarding customer service and communication. Didn’t warn the delivery team the mattress they’d be picking up was a king, not 2 twins, so “team” was 1 poor guy who dragged the thing across the 3 front gardens over to the roadside. Delivery was quick, on time and courteous – honestly the best part of the experience.Note: Lot is pay & display, pay machine easy to miss as is hidden in the far corner by the Poundstretcher.

Review: I have ordered a bed online which didn’t even last a year. The bed base and headboard wasn’t strong enough and very flimsy absolutely poor quality. We started facing issues with the bed within 6 months and I was in 1 year warranty and I contacted the team via email and phone several times and not getting response at all. Very bad service and product wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and buy elsewhere. ***Bed world if you see this review kindly respond back to my email which would be helpful.

Review: Mattress has ripped after only 16 months. Definitely not worth the money paid. I called the shop and was told nothing could be done as it was out of warranty. I have also emailed but reading other peoples reviews i doubt i am going to get a response!!
